NBA News: Tony Allen Fined $15K For Hitting Cameraman, Memphis Grizzlies Guard Apologises For Incident
The act was taken off a page of Dennis Rodman’s playbook; Memphis Grizzlies guard Tony Allen, out of frustration from a previous basketball play, hit a cameraman’s equipment during in his team’s game against the New Orleans Pelicans on Monday night. Provided, the Grizzlies defensive stalwart did not intentionally hit the cameraman or even actually strike him directly, the damage has been done and the league penalised Allen a $15,000 penalty for his actions.

“Memphis Grizzlies guard Tony Allen has been fined $15,000 for intentionally striking a camera on the baseline during the Grizzlies’ 93-81 victory over the New Orleans Pelicans on Monday, Nov. 3, at FedEx Forum, it was announced today by Rod Thorn, President, Basketball Operations,” stated by the league’s official release on the matter.
Allen also took to Twitter to share his thoughts on the incident although he did not post anything specific but retweeted a message from the cameramen himself, Bo Bradley;

Bradley also tweeted about the incident afterwards:

And the cameraman also tweeted that Allen already offered his apologies, thrice and he has accepted-- meaning it's all water under the bridge now.
