'NCIS: Los Angeles' season 8 episode 14 spoilers: Miguel Ferrer’s passing changes plot; Hetty goes rogue; mole kidnaps team member in ‘Under Siege’

Actor Miguel Ferrer has passed away and, in light of this situation, the show is expected to return with changes to its storyline. As for the rest of the show, every indication reveals that “NCIS: Los Angeles” would get crazier and crazier as time went on and viewers hope that this will all end up being true when it comes to the mole.

In the previous episode, titled “Hot Water,” Owen Granger (Miguel Ferrer) got arrested by the LAPD while Hetty (Linda Hunt) got fired from her job. This big screw up has led authorities going after members of the team and it looks like things are about to get even worse in the next few episodes.
The official synopsis reveals that Hetty will be going rogue as she leaves the whole team entirely in the dark. As for the mole, he or she will kidnap one of the agents. While this synopsis is really short, it is enough to inform viewers that the team indeed is headed for a lot of trouble in this upcoming episode.
Promotional photos have been released and, as expected, they don’t really reveal much about where the story is headed. However, there is a big possibility that the mole could be captured and identified very soon.
In an earlier report, Eric Christian Olsen, who plays Deeks, revealed that there will be blood and peril in the next few episodes. While Chris O’Donnell, who plays Callen, had hinted that things will escalate, it definitely looks like they are headed for the worst in 2017.
As for Owen Granger, the latest news about him is that he had gone into a coma. The show dropped hints that Granger was in a critical condition until it was revealed that the 61-year-old actor had lost his battle with cancer.
This episode of “NCIS Los Angeles,” titled "Under Siege," will air on January 29 at 8 p.m. on CBS in the US. It also airs every Tuesday at 10:15 on the TEN Channel in Australia.
