"NCIS" Season 11, Episode 10, "Devils Triad" marks Ellie Bishop's Day 1 as "probie" agent. She meets one of Leroy Jethro Gibbs' ex-wives in this episode. Meanwhile, Mark Harmon talks about moving on from Cote de Pablo's exit. Ziva David is gone, at least for now.

Spoiler alert: This feature contains minor spoilers from "NCIS" Season 11, Episode 10, "Devils Triad." This episode airs on CBS on Dec. 1, 2013. NCIS takes a 2-week break following the entry of Emily Wickersham as Ellie Bishop.

"Complications arise when the NCIS team discovers a link between a murder victim and the boyfriend of Gibbs' ex-wife," says the NCIS 11x10 synopsis on TV.com. Melinda McGraw and Joe Spano return as Diane Sterling and FBI Agent T.C. Fornell, respectively.

NCIS Season 11 is taking a 2-week break just when things have started to pick up again for Gibbs' team. Ellie Bishop proved to be a very interesting addition to the cast. Bishop has a very good chemistry with Abby Sciuto (Pauley Perrette), Tim McGee (Sean Murray) and Tony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly). This quickly justifies the producers' decision to replace Ziva with an eccentric NSA analyst who can draw (like Caitlin Todd).

When NCIS returns, the team is going to move farther away from Ziva David. But she will still be greatly missed, and DiNozzo will be the character to show this. At least now, DiNozzo is trying to date again. (Sorry, TiVa fans. Tony has to move on.)

Cote de Pablo and Ziva David for Eight Years: 'That's high school and college' - Harmon

"(Cote de Pablo) was there for eight years - that's high school and college," says Mark Harmon, as quoted by Canada.com. He says Cote's decision to leave came as a shock, but he notes a change is not necessarily bad. For his part, executive producer Gary Glasberg has repeatedly said the show will carry on. The NCIS producers, including Mark Harmon, are expected to give fans the same show they've been following for over a decade.

"For me, this all happened back in June. Now we're in November, nine shows in and moving forward. So far this year, our ratings are stronger than they've ever been. This show, over 11 years, has had many changes. So at some point you just have to give credit to the people who run the show," Harmon says.

NCIS Season 11, Episode 10, "Devils Triad," brings back two people with strong personal and professional relations with Leroy Jethro Gibbs. Ellie Bishop gets to know Gibbs better this way. But do viewers get to meet Bishop's husband soon (if she's really married, that is)?
