Channel Eleven posted a sneak peek of Thursday’s episode. In the trailer, Brad asks his son whether he’s still in love with Lauren, and Ned hesitates to answer. Later, he looks at Lauren’s photo with Brad. Meanwhile, Ramsay Street seems to have been bitten by the kid bug and some of them don superhero costumes. Elsewhere, Elly is seen crying to herself.

Digital Spy reports that Brad postpones his plans to propose again, after finding out that Lauren kept mum about Ned’s arrival and that she dreamt of her ex-husband. However, Ned encourages him to pop the question, assuring his dad that he has no more feelings for Lauren. Brad heeds his advice and Lauren finally says yes.

Spoilers also hint that Xanthe and Ben have an opportunity to be closer once again when she offers to make his costume. However, their shot to have a second chance gets interrupted when Xanthe gets trapped inside a shed with the snake.

“Neighbours” recap

On Wednesday, Ned arrived home, and walked in on an anxious Lauren. Elsewhere, Toadie and Steph were giving Brad a pep talk about his failed wedding proposal. Later, Jack also talked to him and made Brad realise that he needs to re-think about popping the question again. When Brad talked to Terese, she encouraged him to do it and even volunteered to arrange for it at Lassiters.

Lauren was looking for the right timing to inform Brad that Ned’s back. However, Toadie beat her into it, leaving Brad puzzled. Lauren and Ned took a walk together and she shared with him about what happened during Brad’s proposal. Lauren wanted to sort things out with him that night and asked Ned to reschedule his discussion with Brad the next day. Ned was happy for Lauren, and the two hugged. Unknown to them, Brad was watching from a distance.

Meanwhile, Paige and Tyler were in a secluded place together, but her mind is on Jack. She said that if Jack called right that minute, she’d run to him. Jack did call, but Tyler was the one who picked up. Disheartened, Jack put down the phone without even saying a word, thinking that Paige and Tyler were enjoying a romantic moment. Feeling rebuffed, Paige decided to focus her energies on boxing and Tyler volunteered to join her in training. While the two were touchy-feely with each other, Paige made sure that they’re on the same page about their status.
