‘Neighbours’ spoilers for March 10: Paige wants to leave Erinsborough and move away from Jack; Mark takes action against Steph
Big changes and life-changing decisions hound the next episode of “Neighbours” as it closes the week. On Friday, Paige Smith (Olympia Valance) catches her parents off-guard when she says that she wants to move to the Gold Coast with them. It appears Paige is determined to raise her baby alone and distance herself from the child’s father.
While she plans to tell Jack Callahan (Andrew Morley) the truth about their baby, Paige doesn’t want him to feel torn between her and his duties with the church. “Neighbours” fans know the struggle that Paige and Jack underwent before and it seems she doesn’t want to go through that again. Other “Neighbours” characters who will appear prominently on the March 10 episode include Brad Willis (Kip Gamblin), Lauren Turner (Kate Kendall), Mark Brennan (Scott McGregor), Stephanie Scully (Carla Bonner), Leo Tanaka (Tim Kano) and David Tanaka (Takaya Honda).
“Neighbours” also stars Karl Kennedy (Alan Fletcher), Susan Kennedy (Jackie Woodburne), Sonya Rebecchi (Eve Morey), Jarrod “Toadie” Rebecchi’s (Ryan Moloney), Dee Bliss / Andrea Somers (Madeleine West), Gary Canning (Damien Richardson), Terese Willis (Rebekah Elmaloglou), Paul Robinson (Stefan Dennis), Tyler Brennan (Travis Burns), Elly Conway (Jodi Anasta), Piper Willis (Mavournee Hazel), Amy Williams (Zoe Cramond), Xanthe Canning (Lilly Van Der Meer), Ben Ian Kirk (Felix Mallard), Sheila Canning (Colette Mann), Aaron Brennan (Matt Wilson) and Jimmy (Darcy Tadich).

“Neighbours” posted a sneak peek of Friday’s episode on its Facebook page. In the clip, Paige brings up her parents’ suggestion to move to Queensland, saying she thinks they should do it. When she says that they’d be closer to their family members there, Lauren quips, “And you’d be away from Jack.” Paige acknowledges that she has to tell Jack that he’s the father of her baby. “But if we leave soon after I do, then he can stay at the church,” she points out.
Paige adds, “He won’t be confronted by having a pregnant woman and then by living around the corner, right in full view of the congregation.” Lauren wonders if she’s okay with the distance and the soon-to-be-mum replies, “I’d love to have him around and I’d love to have him a part of the baby’s life but not like this. Not unless he gives up the priesthood.” Digital Spy reports that Brad and Lauren are actually reconsidering their plans to move to the Gold Coast after receiving some terrible news. As a result, the two are mulling over who will move with them and who will be left in Erinsborough.
The March 10 episode also features Leo, who confesses to David about everything he found out about their family, according to Digital Spy. Meanwhile, Mark becomes worried that Steph is spiralling out of control and decides to put her in her place.
“Neighbours” recap
On Wednesday, Toadie reeled at Fake Dee’s revelation that she loves him and she wants him back. He asked her to fight her feelings for him but she said she can’t do it. Toadie promised to help out with Willow but said that he can’t see Andrea anymore. He turned to leave but Andrea stopped him and it appeared they were about to kiss. Fortunately, Toadie thought better and walked off. However, he didn’t come home that night, leaving Sonya suspicious.
Steph rushed to Robinson’s to check if Toadie was in Andrea’s room. Andrea found him asleep inside his car and woke him up, saying that Sonya’s looking for him. As the two were talking, Sonya passed by and saw them inside Toadie’s car, which seemed to confirm her worst fears. Later at home, Sonya confronted Toadie about where he was last night. Toadie explained that he had too much to drink and decided to take a nap in his car since he didn’t want to drive in that condition.
When Sonya mentioned that she saw him with “Dee,” Toadie said that Andrea only woke him up and hey just talked. He emphasised that nothing happened between him and “Dee.” Sonya still wasn’t convinced and ordered him to establish boundaries and to stick with them. Later, Sonya delivered a speech for the opening of a new wing at the hospital, despite being in an emotional state. She shared a personal experience when Toadie was injured himself and received treatment there. Toadie was utterly touched with Sonya’s speech and approached her after to apologise and make promises. The two made up and ended up kissing.
