Two brothers have been taking their pictures with Santa Claus every year, and they have been doing it for 34 years.

The tradition started out when Michael Gray, then one year old, had his first photo with Santa Claus in 1980. Four years later, he is joined by his younger brother Martin in the yearly photo-op with Santa.

Since then, the Gray brothers have had their tradition of taking yearly photo with Santa for the next thirty years.

But Martin tells Good Morning America that they are pretty much 'stuck' with the tradition.

"My mom always did it and we never gave it much thought," Martin said. "It came to the point where we can't really stop this since we've done it for 12 years."

"At that point, you can't miss one. Because, you know, I just feel guilty about not going," Martin says further in a separate interview with ABC.

Martin posted this photo collection over the photo sharing site imgur, and within six days it already had more than 300,000 views.

A notable photo in the collection was the matching sweaters the brothers wore in their 2010 photo. Incidentally, Santa Claus was also wearing an argyle sweater that time.

'We actually picked those [sweaters] up at the mall that we got the pictures at," Martin says. "It was kind of a last minute thing and we are trying to outdo ourselves each year."

ABC also notes more of the brothers' memorable photos, such as that in 1985, where Martin is crying while Santa is holding him and the 1998 photo where the brothers are too big to sit on Santa Claus's lap.

In 2011, Michael had his first child, and had his first Santa photo that year with his father holding him. Since then, the Gray brothers have been taking their photos with their children.

"I have two kids and Martin has one. And I guess we are going to continue with it," Michael said.

"Probably once they are teenagers and hate us for it is my guess," Martin adds.
