New Book Reveals Michael Jackson’s Unknown Side: Big Love for Pranks and Big Crush on Princess Diana
One of Michael Jackson's long time friends Frank Cascio wrote a memoir that revealed his friend's love for pranks and nerdy women.
Cascio is Jackson's former personal assistant turned personal manager.
The memoir is titled "My Friend Michael: An Ordinary Friendship With An Extraordinary Man." Cascio wrote that the King of Pop used to appear on his doorstep and help clean his house.
It also revealed some moments when the famous singer with love for pranks throw buckets of water over oblivious dinner guests.
Cascio spent twenty years with the singer on and off road. He said that the Michael people didn't know about was the Michael he knew best. Although the books shows private moments of the late singer, it also touched issues with his reported drug use.
The author made claims that Jackson has been taking Propofol, which was reportedly the cause of his death, as early as 1999. The book also notes that the singer was high on drugs during his 30th anniversary concert in 2001 and in many other concerts.
Cascio was a family friend to Jackson at age 5, he also said that he first noticed the star taking the drug Demerol back in 1993 when he was accompanying him during his "Dangerous" tour.
"My naive belief that Michael wouldn't let his medicine interfere with the show blew up in my face," Cascio writes about his friend.
"I can't begin to describe my disappointment and panic at this moment." added Cascio.
"It had become clear to me that Michael's drug use was escalating," Cascio continues.
"Over the years, I had grown accustomed to seeing doctors coming and going, particularly in late tours, when Michael was under great stress and needed help falling asleep." claims the close friend of the King of Pop.
All throughout the book, Cascio revealed many unknown moments of the King of Pop's private life including how he wanted to father 10 kids, his tendency to like tall, slender women who appear to be sexy in a nerdy way, and that the late Princess Diana was on the top of Jackson's list of the women he wanted to date.
