On July 15, A new "Catching Fire" movie still debuted on the Internet. In the photo, Josh Hutcherson as Peeta Mellark and Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss, flank a typically dressed Effie Trinket, played by Elizabeth Banks.

The new picture from the set of the next "Hunger Games" movie comes on the heels of a much anticipated announcement. Who will be on the movie's panel at Comic Con in San Diego? Fans need not fear. Director Francis Lawrence joins Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Lenny Kravitz, Jena Malone, Jeffrey Wright, and Willow Shields. They will be presenting a new "Hunger Games: Catching Fire" trailer in San Diego.

As for the latest "Catching Fire" movie still, Elizabeth Banks, as Effie Trinket stands on a stage as Peeta and Katniss, the two victors salute the crowd. Effie wears an elaborate, structured dress seemingly covered with butterflies. A hair ornament of butterflies in flight adorn her blonde bouffant hairstyle. Ankle boots with towering, spiked soles, and gloves in fine, black mesh complete her costume.

Elizabeth Banks's "Catching Fire" costume is not actually a costume. The dress was presented during Alexander McQueen's Spring/Summer Collection in 2011. The monarch butterfly dress was not the only one of Sarah Burton's designs for this particular collection that had that breathtaking, surreal quality. Gowns covered completely in feathers were some of the many memorable looks during the presentation. Definitely a collection that's Effie material. In fact, Elizabeth Banks wore Alexander McQueen in the first "Hunger Games" movie, as well as for Effie Trinket's solo "Catching Fire" poster. She wore a voluminous Fall 2012 number in a cascade of red ruffles. Pink hair, red lace gloves, and red, ruffled heel-less shoes included.
