In this week's episode of "Kourtney and Khloe Take The Hamptons," Khloe Kardashian went back to Los Angeles to check on the construction of her new house. While there. Her mom Kris Jenner was helping her sort out her renovations and Kris told her that Bruce wanted to see if his friend's daughter can go and work at the Hamptons DASH store.

Earlier in the episode, Kourtney had revealed that they had gotten rid of the original manager of the pop up DASH store in The Hamptons. Because of this, She and Khloe decided to bring in Malika, Khloe's best friend to come and work at the store. Apart from Malika, they also flew in Durrani, one of their best DASH dolls from the Melrose store location in Los Angeles.

When Bruce asked Khloe to hire his friend's daughter, the store was already fully staffed. Kourtney and Khloe talked about it and in the end, they decided that they should do Bruce a favour and give the girl a chance. Kris pointed out the same thing saying that Bruce hardly ever asks the girls for anything so they all agreed to bring the girl in.

The friend's daughter was named Caroline Burt and they hired her on the spot without even any interview. They put her up in the house that they were renting for Malika and Durrani which now resembled a sorority house with all the DASH girls living there.

After a short while, Kourtney decided that the tiny DASH store was too crowded with all the girls there. She then asked Caroline to help around the house instead of the store. She said that Caroline would be able to help more around the house because there was already more than enough people in the crowded store. Caroline agreed and she was set to work shredding some paperwork. Kourtney was impressed that she's willing to do anything and eventually, Kourtney and Khloe made her clean the boat along with a few other odd jobs.

Scott saw the girl in the house picking up after Kourtney and cleaning the boat and told Kourtney that he felt sorry for her. He said that she came in to get a job at the store and he felt bad that she ended up doing menial jobs around the household. Bruce called Kourtney to check in on what's happening and told her that he heard Caroline has been cleaning the boat among other things. Bruce told her that he told her dad that she would be getting some business experience while working for his daughters and asked her to put her back in the store.

In the end, Kourtney relented and agreed that Caroline deserved a spot in the position for which she was hired and promised Bruce to put her back in DASH. With Caroline back in the store along with Durrani and Khloe's best friend Malika, Kourtney will be having a hard time making Khloe see that she should keep her distance from the girls because she is still their boss. All this and more more drama will be expected as seen in the episode preview for next week on "Kourtney and Khloe Take The Hamptons."
