Having an ultra-fit body can be hard on anyone. This goes the same with "New Moon" star Taylor Lautner.

Lautner, who is known to grow abs and suddenly become women's sex symbol before he turned 18 for the character of Jacob Black in "Twilight." He has retained the body since filming of the first movie started in 2009, much to the distress of everyone around him.

"I had people bringing me food and shoving it in my face, saying 'Eat, Taylor!' They sort of had to force me," comments Lautner on what people were doing to him, reports Parade.

"Then I had to get my butt in the gym, and that's difficult because we were filming 12- to 15-hour days." He continued.

Yahoo Movies do report, however, that after the last shirtless scene, everyone celebrated, including Lautner.

"I went out and had desert for the first time in a while, and I took a few days off of the gym." Lautner quipped.

Although Lautner got his big break as Jacob in "Twilight," he had delved into film in as early as 2005, with "Cheaper by the Dozen 2" and "The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl in 3-D" under his belt. He has also given his voice to characters in "What's New, Scooby-Doo?" as well as Nick's "Danny Phantom."

Despite finishing the shooting of the "Twilight Saga," Lautner is not fazed about losing his physique.

"I've pretty much always been a pretty healthy eater and I don't pig out. If I occasionally want ice cream or something, I can have it. I've always been really active. I grew up playing sports, so I'm always shooting hoops or throwing the football with my friends. I'm super-active in that sense." Lautner tells Parade.

Since its release, "Twilight" has always received mixed criticisms. Well-loved by some, despised by most, its fame is something that cannot be contested. And as the first part of the finally book finally reaches the big screen, even the stars get teary-eyed during its end.

"In my last scene in Breaking Dawn, Bella has just died and I run outside and crumple to the ground and just lose it. I'm bawling. That was my last scene of Twilight ever and I definitely had some extra motivation," mentioned Lautner on his tearful goodbye to the Saga.
