The weekend is here and it's time to kick back and relax with a bowl of popcorn. Here's a list of new movies that you can enjoy from the comfort of your home, and some that are releasing in the theaters.

Scream

"Scream" marked fifth installment of the popular thriller franchise that revolves around a new killer who wears the same Ghostface mask, first shown 25 years ago, to kill teenagers. This time, however, the survivors from the earlier attacks come forward to save the teens being targeted by the knife-weilding murderer.

The movie is coming to the theaters this weekend. It stars David Arquette, Courteney Cox, Neve Campbell, Jenna Ortega, Dylan Minnette, Melissa Barrera, Jack Quaid, Mikey Madison and Kyle Gallner.

The Pink Cloud

Here's a sci-fi movie on the list! "The Pink Cloud" revolves around a mysterious pink cloud that appears in the sky and people have to stay in their houses. A woman who hooked up with a man gets stuck in a house with him and they decide to stay together forever.

The movie is directed by Iuli Gerbase and it stars Renata de Lélis, Kaya Rodrigues and Eduardo Mendonça. It will be released in the theaters.

Hotel Transylvania: Transformania

The highly anticipated movie, "Hotel Transylvania: Transformania" is currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video. The animated comedy movie is based on a vampire family bonding with humans. In the latest installment, vampires turn into humans and vice versa. Adam Sandler, Selena Gomez, Andy Samberg and Brian Hull lent their voices to the characters in the movie.

The Tragedy of Macbeth

If you love watching movies drama thrillers, then you should check out "The Tragedy of Macbeth," which revolves around a Scottish Lord who is convinced by three witches that he deserves to be the King of Scotland. His wife supports him to seize the power.

The movie is Helmed by director Joel Coen and starring Denzel Washington, Frances McDormand, Kathryn Hunter and Harry Melling, the movie is available on Apple TV+ as well as in theaters.

Brazen

"Brazen" is another thriller on the list that revolves around a writer named Grace Miller, who has amazing instincts and does everything to solve the mystery behind her sister's murder.

The movie is available to stream on Netflix and it is helmed by director Monika Mitchell. The thriller stars Alyssa Milano, Sam Page, Colleen Wheeler, Matthew Finlan, Lossen Chambers and Barry W. Levy.
