A video now available in Youtube shows pop star Justin Bieber hit by a water bottle thrown onstage. The tween singer was performing at US radion station 107.9 The End concert December last year when a 'female' audience hurled athe bottle at him.

"I don't know why she just threw that at me," the 16-year-old singer said. In the video, the concertgoers gasped as Bieber turned his back and clutched his forehead. Before the bottle hit him, Justin was saying "But yeah, I just wanted to see everybody because I love you guys."

Washington Post's Celebritology blog posited that the radio station may have tried to cover up the incident. The clip took eight months to emerged. "By all appearances,[the video] has been covered up since a Sacramento radio station hosted its Jingle Ball concert last December."

In the recently concluded Teen Choice Award, Juston Bieber took home, Choice Music: Male Artist, Choice Music: Breakout Artist - Male, Choice Music: Album - Pop - 'My World 2.0', and Choice Summer Music Star: Male. He was unable to attend due to prior commitment but wished event host Katy Perry good luck via his Twitter account.

Last April in Sydney, police called off one of Bieber's fee concert because there was not enough security to cope with the thousands of ans. Eight girls were hospitalized after sustaining injuries in a crowd rush, while others were treated on the scene.
