New 'The Walking Dead' Season 4 Second-Half Promo: Daryl Dixon Runs Through a Cemetery [VIDEO]
February 9, 2014 is around the corner, and the second half of "The Walking Dead" season 4 is here. AMC released this new promo for viewers, and it shows scenes from the second half. The promo shows repeat footage from past promos and sneak peeks and some new sequences.
Daryl Dixon in a cemetery.
There were news about "The Walking Dead" filming in a cemetery. Rumours had it that a character had passed away, thus the cemetery sequence. In this new promo, Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) runs through a cemetery with his trademark crossbow. Daryl's voice-over says, "I ain't afraid of nothing."
Rick is in a bad shape
The war wounds are ugly. The injured Rick Grimes limps behind Carl and it looks like a scene from "The Walking Dead" season 4 episode 9. "I only clung to that for you. We'll never get things back to the way they used to be," says Rick to Carl.
Tyreese looks for safety
Tyreese is seen hacking walkers and Lizzie and Mika are running down a train track.
"We will find a safe place soon. We will," says Tyreese. He might be assuring the girls that things will be fine.
Maggie in danger.
In the last sneak peek video, Lauren Cohen mentioned that Maggie Greene would vent out her grief via anger. In this promo, we see her fighting off a walker, she looks terrified. There is no sign of Sasha and Bob Stookey. Are they even alive in the first place?
Beth is trying to save somebody.
"You've got to save who you are, not who you were," Beth tells someone, maybe Daryl. In another scene, she is seen walking away from a fire. Beth is going to play a prominent role in "The Walking Dead" season 4's second-half episodes.
"The Walking Dead" season 4 episode 9 airs Sunday, February 9, 2014 on AMC at 9 p.m. ET.
