Celebrating New Year's is usually followed with a tradition of New Year's resolution. In the light of this declaration people assume certain resolutions to practice and follow to become better persons. Just like all the other people, several celebrities took to twitter and Instagram to announce their New Year resolutions. Know what Miley Cyrus, Ariana Grande, Ian Somerhalder, Demi Lovato declared as their New Year's resolution.

As the time came close, the stars started to flood the microblogging site twitter and photo-sharing site Instagram with their resolutions and wishes for the year 2014. Some of them didn't even wait until Jan.1, 2014, before declaring their wish for the year.

The Vampire Diaries heartthrob Ian Somerhalder, took to Instagram to leave his fans and followers an picture of his raising a toast along with a long message that read: "Happy New Year from Tokyo! 2013 was truly magical.Truly. "Neon Lights" singer Demi Lovato welcomed New Year 2014 by retweeting U.S.A's President Barak Obama's wishes: "In 2014, we need our lawmakers to take #climate change seriously."

Also, American rapper Nicki Minaj took to twitter to post her New Year's resolution and wrote: "Explore your dreams in 2014. You deserve it http://instagram.com/p/il6QmCr8b0/"

Glee star Chord Overstreet posted to Twitter: "New Years resolution, Titans get a new head coach."

The controversial actor and director Shia LaBeouf tweeted his New Year's 2014 resolution on Twitter and wrote: "2014 Resolution - I need to work on being a less controversial tweeter."
