New York-based Atomic Band performed in the B train usng nothing but iPhones. Apparently, Atomic Band players' instruments were stolen earlier this October, but that did not stop the band from playing at the New York City subway.

A video of their subway performance is now available on YouTube (watch it below). In the video, the band's players--- Philip at bass, vocals by Luke, Tobias at drums, and Eric at the guitar--- used iPhone with corresponding application. They were performing the band's single Take Me Out.

According to their MySpace page, Take Me Out, Atomic Tom's first single, summarizes the theme of the band's record. "It's a vulnerable song. It's about letting people into your life, letting people rescue you," said Luke. "Admitting that you need that, and then asking for it...that's a very difficult task, though it's something everyone goes through at some point."

The video was directed by Benjamin Espiritu and produced by Atomic Tom and Benjamin Espiritu.

The Take Me Out video was filmed on October 8, 2010 aboard the New York City B Train while it goes over the Manhattan Bridge into Brooklyn. It has since hit almost a million visits in Youtube. In their YouTube channel, Atomic Tom proudly said that the footage was performed 100% live and executed in one take.
