People have known him as football’s “Prime Time” but Deion Sanders, also sometimes called, Neon Deion, has gone “all-time” after being elected into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Sanders is regarded as one of the most versatile athletes in the history of sports, having played two sports in multiple positions: football and baseball.

He had also played for different teams including the Atlanta Falcons, the San Francisco 49ers, the Dallas Cowboys, the Washington Redskins, and the Baltimore Ravens. He won the Super Bowl both with the 49ers and the Cowboys.

His skills is equally recognized in baseball when he played for the New York Yankees, the Atlanta Braves, the Cincinnati Reds and the San Francisco Giants.

Described by AP as talkative and talented and is best remembered by the public not only for his great interceptions and kick returns but also for the celebratory dances he displayed at the field. After football, Sanders was taken in as NFL Network analyst.

The Associated Press said that Sanders has led a group of seven other great professional football players who were voted into the Hall of Fame. These included Marshall Faulk, Shannon Sharpe, Richard Dent, Ed Sabol, Les Richter and Chris Hanburger.
