Nick Cannon has reportedly been unfaithful to his wife Mariah Carey since July. Reports claim the host has been dating another lady who is said to be a splitting image of the singer.

The "America's Got Talent" host has previously confirmed to Insider that he and his wife have been living separately for months now. Despite claiming infidelity was not the reason, new reports surfaced claiming Nick Cannon has been dating Jasmine Sanders since July.

Inquisitr claims the host was spotted getting cozy with Sanders during a Malibu event. Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are technically still married. However, Nick reportedly already had his eyes set on his new lady. The 33-year-old is said to be so taken by the model that he has been paying the rent on her Los Angeles apartment.

Additionally, Star Magazine cited an eyewitness who claimed Nick and Jasmine were showing a lot of PDA during the launch party of his new venture NCredible Tablet.

"They could barely keep their hands off each other," the eyewitness said.

The source added Mariah Carey was nowhere in sight during the said event, but Nick looked "happier than ever" with the young model.

The 23-year-old Jasmine Sanders is said to be a Mariah Carey look-alike judging from the July photo she posted online. The image is reportedly a "copycat" to the 44-year-old singer's pose for her "Me. I Am Mariah...The Elusive Chanteuse" album cover which was revealed in May.

Although Nick and Mariah have yet to formally file their separation, Cannon has reportedly already made his list of prerequisites in a woman. In an interview with Hello Beautiful, he said he prefers "a strong woman who knows what she wants and getting right to it."

The actor/rapper claimed his past relationships were "never really about dating." He claimed he is a "true believer" that everything has to start off in friendship first.

Despite all the divorce rumours surrounding Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey's marriage, the couple has remained mum. The host has also not commented on reports pertaining to his alleged relationship with Jasmine Sanders. Both Mariah and Nick have reportedly opted to focus their attention on their children, 3-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe.
