A day before releasing a slew of provocative selfies, Nicki Minaj claimed she is a homebody and has no interest whatsoever in partying or letting her hair down in a club.

Nicki told USMagazine.com, "I'm a homebody. For one month straight, I watched 'The Devil Wears Prada' until I fell a sleep every night. I enjoy doing laundry. I can spend hours glued to 'Investigation Discovery.' It's my favorite network."

"I'm the best cook on the planet. My father taught me how to make curry chicken. My go-to snack is strawberry-banana yogurt," she added.

Nicki even went on to say that her most memorable times are those which she had spent with her family and old pals. She will any day spend more time with her family than with her celeb pals.

It is not a surprise to know that the singer who loves to generate public interest with her racy selfies loves to spend time with herself than with anyone else.

The "Starship" hitmaker noted, "I've had the same group of girlfriends for as long as I can remember. My brothers are my world."

However, Nicki didn't shy from confessing that she finds it difficult to stay in touch with her family when she is away from home.

"I also hate texting and having to return emails. I can't stand going to meetings or talking on the phone," she said.

One of the Nicki's confessions, which really shocked us, was when she told the magazine that she is not very fond of every aspect of her grooming.

"I hate getting my nails done," she said.

We have seldom seen Nicki without make-up and or in a de-glamourized avatar. We wonder how can she hate getting her nails done when they are pretty much a part of her every selfie.

Meanwhile, Nicki is rumored to be pregnant with Lil Wayne's child.
