Australian prime actress Nicole Kidman along with her husband, Keith Urban, and kids left Australia yesterday and headed back to Los Angeles. However, the couple has plans to return to Sydney and spend the rest of the year.

Nicole Kidman and her brood boarded a flight from Sydney to LA with cheerful expressions on their faces. The actress looked elegant in a black lacy shirt dress and cream kitten heels, along with a pair of black sunglasses, as she carried the couple's 14-month old daughter Faith on their hip. Keith opted for a more casual ensemble to travel in which consisted of a plaid black and white short sleeved shirt, stonewashed jeans and grey suede boots.

The whole family went to Sydney to spend some quality time with Nicole's parents living in the city. However, their visit to the Land Down Under is not really a vacation.

Keith Urban participated with the promotional activities of Australia's version of The Voice as one of the coaches. Urban finished his first shooting session of the show on Channel 9. Moreover, the couple spent a lot of time fixing all of the things needed so they can stay in Sydney for the rest of the year, according to a source close to the family.

It seems that the family is serious in settling down in Australia. It is like a déjà vu when Nicole laid all of the ground work when she and Tom Cruise needed to settle down in Sydney for 16 months during the making of films "Moulin Rouge" and "Mission Impossible 2" in 1999.

Apart from the business meetings which would suggest Kidman may have plans to shoot a film here, the couple have enrolled their eldest daughter Sunday in an exclusive preschool, the little girl enjoying her first school days in Sydney last week.

Nicole Kidman's representative denied to give out comments about the family's plan for the rest of the year. However, the rep confirmed that couple has done "important business meetings" hoping to get things organized for their work to stay in Sydney until Christmas.
