Nikki Reed Says 'Twilight' Cast Are Good Friends But Will Not Hang Out Anymore After The Final Film
Nikki Reed says the "Twilight" cast will not be hanging out anymore after the final film, Part 2 of "Breaking Dawn." Reed talked about her experiences in a recent interview with Seventeen magazine, as a part of the "Twilight" family and how it is not all fun and laughter between everyone.
"In the beginning, it was innocent and fun, and we were like one big happy family - it was like being at sleep away camp," explained the gorgeous newlywed, who tied the knot with "American Idol" alum Paul MacDonald last month. Unfortunately, all that changed. "Then, success comes along and changes the dynamic. We're not all best friends, and we're not all going to hang out together after the final movie is done," she added.
Nikki Reed reads a lot of "Twilight" rumors. "For so many years we have been giving fake answers, but now that the film is coming to an end, I don't think we have to do that anymore," she clarified. "On the first movie we all hung out a lot. We always went out to dinners, but I wasn't old enough at the time to go out. I was 18 when this all started. Everyone has really grown up and started to do different things," Nikki shared. "Peter Facinelli has made us spaghetti dinners, but it has been like three times in the four years we've known him, but it becomes a story that we always have pasta night at Peter's all the time," she added further.
"It would be cool, but it is not the truth. But if you say anything in public, you just have to worry that the media will spin it, so if we didn't go to dinner that will just mean we are angry with each other or something," Nikki explains. "It was very, very sad. Let's just leave it at that. Attachments grow when you're working with the same people for so long. People are friends, people fall in love and people get in fights. We're not all robots in that way. Sure, things have gone on, and it's weird to have them be in the public eye," admitted Nikki, who plays Edward Cullen's adopted sister Rosalie.
What Nikki revealed is interesting enough, Twi-hard fans will surely wonder on which members of the "Twilight" cast are not exactly on such great terms with one another. Does this mean that they have all gotten sick of each other?
