It was a fun day to look for Nina Dobrev. Red dress and gold accents were her style statement for Variety's Power of Youth event last July 27 in California.

The "TVD" star served long legs and Liz Hurley safety pins as she joined young celebrities and fellow honorees at the party. Nina Dobrev stepped out in a dress from Versus Versace. The short-sleeved, flared skirt number had slashed shoulders embellished with oversized, gold safety pins. A gold Amanda Pearl clutch, t-strap Christian Louboutin heels and Susan Foster jewelry complemented her dress.

The bold colour was a go-to for Nina Dobrev. Red dress moments were all over the "TVD" star's look book. At The Hollywood Reporter and Jimmy Choo's Stylists Luncheon in 2013, the 24-year-old showed off a risky look. Her red, one-shoulder Max Mara jumpsuit was paired with gold Jimmy Choo peep-toes. Nina's draped bodice onesie had just the right length and fit - a must for any adventurous jumpsuit wearers out there.

At the Hollywood premiere of "The Perks of Being a Wallflower" last September 2012, it was another red dress for Nina Dobrev. Smoking hot yet stylish were trademarks of Nina's style, and with her lace sleeve, peek-a-boo neckline Reem Acra number, she sure showed those trademarks off!

Also, last September of 2012, Nina returned to her home country, Canada, for the Toronto International Film Festival. This time, an Elie Saab outfit made for a sophisticated look on Nina Dobrev. Red, plunging neckline, and a waist-slimming peplum detail were the winning qualities of Nina's look, not to mention those pretty lilac shoes.

Topping the list of Nina's best red outfits was the gown that got fashion fans interested in the "TVD" star. Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder made a beautiful couple at the 63rd Primetime Emmy Awards last September of 2011. But, the real star was Nina Dobrev in a spectacular Donna Karan gown. The strapless, dramatic dress looked sculpted on Nina's figure, with her long, wavy hair swept to the side and a stunning Neil Lane necklace, Nina was best dressed through and through!
