Nina Dobrev on Twitter: 'Vampire Diaries' Actress Looking Pregnant in #TBT Photo of Character Katherine Pierce, Participates in 5K Mud Challenge

"Vampire Diaries" actress Nina Dobrev always gives updates to her fans on what she has been up to on- and off-screen of the hit CW TV series. In her Twitter and WhoSay accounts, the 25-year-old brunette beauty shared a throwback photo of herself knocked up as TVD character Katherine Pierce and her experience at a 5K mud challenge.

The TVD star revealed the funny "Throwback Thursday" or #TBT photo of herself with the fake pregnant belly next to her friend and production assistant Ty Armstead. Ms Dobrev shared the WhoSay image on her Twitter account @ninadobrev even joking about Ty Armstead either having beer belly or pregnant too. Click HERE to see photo.

According to the Fashion & Style report, Nina Dobrev tweeted about getting affordable healthcare by the end of March. The actress' tweet last Friday, March 14, had the link to healthcare.gov as well as the YouTube video that featured the moms of famous celebrities like Jonah Hill, Adam Levine, Jennifer Lopez and Alicia Keys as they talked about healthcare and the importance of it for the children.

Nina Dobrev's images showed her participation in the difficult 5K obstacle race that included the team challenge of battling barbed wire, mud and fire. In the captured image, Nina can be seen crawling her way through a ditch filled with muddy water as she tousled beneath the barb wire in order to get to the other side.

Nina's friends joined her in the challenge as they all rocked the "Team Jones" shirts. "It sounds like Nina opted for a smaller race, with some of the Spartan runs spanning over 26 miles! Some of the challenges involve fire where participants have to leap over flames, while like 300 they are asked to throw a spear over a 10 - 20 yards distance," the report reads.

The shared image also showed Nina proudly showing off the medal that she received for accomplishing the challenge. The mishmash image that the actress shared had the encouraging caption that reads: "I can. I will. End of story."

Catch Nina Dobrev return as Elena Gilbert in "The Vampire Diaries" Season 5, Episode 16 titled "While You Were Sleeping." The brand new episode is scheduled to air on Thursday night, March 20, at 8 pm ET on the CW Network.
