The 24-year-old Canadian beauty shared the tragic news to her more than 3 million followers about her phone being stolen which caused a temporary hiatus on Twitter. "Dear Person Who Stole My Phone: You suck. You are a terrible individual+karma will come back and bite you. Hard. Sleep well knowing that. Xo," Nina posted on her Twitter account @ninadobrev.

Though Nina Dobrev became quiet on Twitter, ex-boyfriend Ian Somerhalder continued to update his followers on what he has been doing. From his filming schedule on upcoming film "The Anomaly" to expressing his admiration for London, the heartthrob actor even revealed that he was supposed to be in the TWA Flight 800 that crashed off Long Island.

Fans and the media are still hooked on the Ian-Nina break up story and they are curious as to what will happen next when the ex-couple returns to work on the set of the "Vampire Diaries." Anonymous insiders previously affirmed that Ian and Nina will remain good friends and show professionalism at work.

However, new reports that surfaced claims that the actress is already stressed out about reuniting with Ian Somerhalder on-screen when the production for the hit TV series' fifth season kicks off. Ian and Nina had a lot of romantic scenes in the "Vampire Diaries" and it is expected that things will be awkward now that the two have split up.

Other speculations even suggested that Ian Somerhalder may give up the famous vampire role of Damon Salvatore and leave the show due to the difficulty of the break-up. Both camps have not reacted yet on the numerous reports and still continue to remain tight-lipped about what really caused their relationship to fail.
