Following her split from long-time boyfriend Ian Somerhalder, Nina Dobrev has been reported to have been spending time with different guys. Recent tabloid claims say she has a new boyfriend, a so-called "secret boyfriend" because his identity still remains a mystery. However, a new report claims to know the details to Nina's love life especially her new man.

Breathcast speculates Nina Dobrev and Derek Hough have rekindled their romance. The site claims the "Dancing with the Stars" dancer could even be Nina's secret boyfriend. The pair has reportedly been spending a lot of time together. The "Vampire Diaries" star and her former flame were allegedly seen together at a recent Halloween party in Los Angeles. Likewise, an eyewitness told Hollywood Life they looked quite enamoured with each other when they were spotted together at Roosevelt Hotel on Sept. 17.

An eyewitness claimed the former couple was at the Spare Room in the hotel in the wee hours of the morning. They didn't arrive together, but as soon as Derek saw Nina they were inseparable. "He took her and grabbed her and started dancing with her, basically throwing her around and she loved it," an eyewitness told Hollywood Life.

According to the eyewitness, Nina Dobrev was obviously flirting with Derek Hough. The "secret boyfriend," on the other hand, was supposedly doing his best to make a good second impression. "They were talking close and holding each other and she was laughing at everything he said, she was enamored and definitely was equally flirting with him and he was really trying to impress her," the eyewitness added.

Nina and Derek reportedly had fun, with the latter at one point getting "touchy feely with her." The source claims Nina Dobrev looked 100 percent over her long-time boyfriend and "TVD" co-star Ian Somerhalder.

However, it's still uncertain if Derek Hough is indeed Nina Dobrev's "secret boyfriend." Both have yet to confirm if they have indeed gotten back together. Per US Weekly, the two met late in September 2013. Derek's sister, actress Julianne Hough, was said to have been instrumental in their meeting. The couple dated briefly for six weeks. A source told the publication distance was the reason for their split. Derek was out in L.A. for "DWTS" while Nina was in Atlanta filming for "The Vampire Diaries."
