There is already a lot to be amazed with when it comes to “No Man’s Sky.” Hello Games’ upcoming space exploration title already boasts 18 quintillion planets and several alien languages and NPCs. However, some fans have questioned its frame rate integrity when it comes to the PS4 platform.

Hello Games Managing Director Sean Murray had already cleared up the matter, emphasising that “No Man’s Sky” is going pretty well, development-wise. While he touched on how the game is not similar to other titles where every scenario and possibility can be tested, Murray did say that the team had never had issues when it comes to frame rates in other games.

“We’re making a crazy game on a crazy scale, and doing stuff that technically hasn’t been done before,” said Murray as reported by PlayStation Lifestyle. “But every game that I have ever worked on previously has had pretty solid framerate, and it’s something that we’ve kind of always been good at, really.”

There is also another aspect of “No Man’s Sky” that makes it stand out from the rest of its possible competitors—or even the rest of other games that highlight multiplayer play. According to Mobipicker, the multiplayer aspect is not one that has concrete interactions with other players.

Given the size of the universe in “No Man’s Sky,” what will happen in the multiplayer is that players will encounter left behind memories and actions that other players may leave in a particular planet or area of the game. This is most probably due to the fact that the expanse of “No Man’s Sky” is so big, even Murray had claimed that it will be very rare for two players to actually meet each other in the game.

He did not expound on how exactly these traces of other player’s actions in “No Man’s Sky” can actually influence another gamer’s experience. At the same time, the report also pointed out that Murray did not explicitly say that gamers will not be able to meet other players either.

There is still some time left before the expected June 21 release of “No Man’s Sky” on the PC and PS4. Hopefully, Hello Games will give more details regarding the multiplayer experience, since the game looks like one that can be enjoyed with company.
