Nokia Lumia 530 Dual-Sim Receives Federal Communications Commission Certification: New Images Leaked Online, Price and Specs Speculations

The Nokia Lumia 530 is now available in the UK with a price tag starting at £87 (US$144). Interested consumers can head to three UK retailers that have the Windows Phone handset in stock.

According to a Geeky Gadgets report, the Nokia Lumia 530 had an early arrival and availability in the UK from the official launch date of the device set on Thursday, Sept. 4. Unlocked Mobiles got hold of the Nokia Lumia 530 early and the retailer now offers the smartphone with the lowest SIM-free price set at £86.98 (US$144) including taxes.

The report further added the Windows Phone handset is offered without a contract, comes with the most recent Microsoft mobile OS version, Windows Phone 8.1, and three colour options available which are grey, green and orange.

The other two UK retailers offering the Nokia Lumia 530 smartphone are Carphone Warehouse and Clove. A GSMArena report claims Carphone Warehouse has listed the Nokia Lumia 530 at £89.95 (US$149) price while Clove listed the Windows Phone handset at £99.00 (US$164).

As for the dual-SIM Nokia Lumia 530, the device has been launched in Germany with various retailers offering it at €98 (US$129) price. Other countries that also offer the Nokia Lumia 530 are Malaysia and India.

The Nokia Lumia 530 smartphone comes with a 4-inch TFT capacitive touch screen display having 854 x 480 pixel resolution, a quad-core 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor, 512 MB of RAM, Microsoft Windows Phone 8.1 operating system, Adreno 302 GPU and 4 GB internal storage capacity that can be expanded up to 128 GB through the microSD card slot.

Other features and specs included in the Nokia device are the 5 MP rear-facing camera, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 microUSB 2.0, FM Radio, A-GPS, GLONASS, 15 GB free OneDrive storage, a 1430 mAh Li-Ion battery with stand-by time up to 528 h, talk time of up to 13 h on 2G or up to 10 h on 3G connectivity and music play of up to 51 h. The available colour choices for the Windows Phone handset are bright orange, bright green, dark grey and white.
