Nokia Lumia 729: New Windows Phone Variant Image Leaked, Verizon to Offer New Nokia Lumia Handset?
Nokia recently unveiled the 41MP Nokia Lumia 1020 smartphone as well as the large screen sized Nokia Lumia 625. Now, the Finnish smartphone manufacturer reportedly has plans of launching another Windows Phone 8 handset, the Nokia Lumia 729, with an exclusive availability at U.S. carrier Verizon.

It appears that Nokia is getting ready to release more Nokia Lumia Windows Phone variants, compete and even lead in the market sales. The Nokia Lumia 729 smarphone is rumoured to be a Nokia Lumia 720 variant exclusively made for Verizon.
The new Nokia device is expected to replace the mid-range Nokia Lumia 822 smartphone that is already offered on the Big Red. With that, Verizon may be cutting down the price offer on the Lumia smartphone in the near future in preparation for the Nokia Lumia 729 arrival.
Moreover, an image of the Nokia Lumia 729 has been leaked at tech Web sites that shows the smartphone's rear with a PureView camera suggesting a good photography experience for the users since the Nokia Lumia 720 lacks the PureView technology.

The existing Nokia Lumia 720 smartphone features a 4.3-inch screen, a dual-core 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor, 512 MB of RAM, 8 GB internal storage capacity and a 6.7MP rear-facing camera. Details on the features, specs and pricing scheme are not yet confirmed for the Nokia Lumia 729.
However, circulating reports suggest that the Nokia device may be incorporated with the HD screen to make it a much stronger contender in the tough market competition. The Nokia Lumia 729 is projected to have a price tag between the Nokia Lumia 822 and 920 or a lower, if not, similar price to the Nokia Lumia 928 which is $99 over a two-year contract.
