An increasing excitement wraps around the Nokia Lumia 928 with reports pointing to the smart phone's metal chassis and unveiling in May 2013. The Finnish company announced as well the added extras and updates on it Microsoft Windows smart phone range on May 14.

Nokia will reportedly have a press conference in London and the invitations were already sent out to the journalists. The press conference is expected to offer some important announcements on the Nokia Lumia Windows Phone line since the invitations indicated the teasing words "See What's Next" and "The Nokia Lumia story continues."

According to Nokia CEO Stephen Elop, consumers can expect seeing another Nokia "hero move" for this quarter. "The next hero move in the U.S. kicks off a season of new product introductions. We have a lot of juice ahead as it relates to the Lumia product line," Elop stated.

The US smart phone market is an important target of the Finnish company. Both Microsoft and Nokia are hoping to receive a positive response on the Windows Phone in the developing technology world.

Bloomberg reports that the Nokia Lumia 928 will exclusively head to one of the leading US carrier, Verizon network, in May. However, the deal between the two giant companies has not yet been publicly announced.

Nokia Lumia 928 rumored features and specifications include the Microsoft Windows Phone 8 mobile operating system, a brushed metal exterior, a 4.5-inch screen display, an 8MP rear camera with the remarkable PureView technology and wireless-charging.

Nokia hopes to secure the company's future with their Lumia smart phone recovery strategy plan focused on the Microsoft Windows Phone operating system. In 2012, Nokia achieved success with the Nokia Lumia 920 launch as well as the lower priced Nokia 820 that are both utilizing the new Windows Phone 8 system.

From there, Nokia has been releasing more mid-range and low-priced Nokia Lumia smart phone models. With the current tough market battle on smart phones, Nokia aims to surpass rival companies like Samsung and Apple with the company's upcoming smart phone range in May.
