‘Not guilty because I’m not’: Lindsay
Lindsay Lohan is scheduled for arraignment at the Airport Courthouse, Wednesday afternoon.
Hours before her scheduled arraignment at Los Angeles’s Airport Courthouse, troubled 24-year-old former child star asserted that she knows what to tell the judge when she stands before the court.
'I'm not guilty because I'm not!', Lindsay is believed telling herself privately by TMZ, the first website to break the story on LiLo’s involvement on the stolen necklace.
"I honestly feel I did nothing wrong," the beleaguered actress, was reportedly telling her friends, said TMZ.
Lindsay is expected for arraignment at the West Side Courthouse at 1:30 PM PT. With strong evidence gathered by authorities, the Office of the District Attorney is inclined to file felony grand theft against Lohan. And when convicted, Lindsay is facing three years imprisonment, the most serious of the charges filed against the actress.
She has been making headlines in the last two years for committing recurring violations on court-assigned rehabilitation programs and allowing herself to be implicated in other incidents, including allegations that she attacked a worker at the Betty Ford Center.
