Ohio State Buckeyes and Michigan Wolverines are all set to begin a new chapter of their bitter rivalry as these two proud football programs go head-to-head for the 110th time on Saturday at Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

America is ready to witness another emotionally-charged showdown between the Wolverines and the Buckeyes. Ohio State has already sealed their spot in the Big 10 Championship game, thanks to a 42-14 victory over Indiana in a snowy playing condition last Saturday. On the other hand, the Wolverines look to end their losing woes, and there's no better way to do it than beating the Buckeyes on their home pitch.

Michigan head coach Brady Hoke thinks the Wolverines have to bring their A-game for them to have a fighting chance of pulling off an upset, and subsequently, spoiling the Buckeyes' national championship hope.

"This game has always been different in some ways," Hoke said in an pre-game interview on Friday via ESPN. "Are they a good football team? Yeah. They're a very good football team. Do we have to play better than we've played? I don't think there's any doubt."

Running back Carlos Hyde and quarterback Braxton Miller are out to power again the Buckeyes potent running game, which ranked fifth in the FBS at 314 yards per game.

"It's just striving for the best," Miller said via ESPN. "We ended the season 12-0 last year and we weren't able to play in a bowl game or the Big Ten championship game (because of NCAA sanctions). That's what we were striving for. (We want to) accomplish that and keep going forward, keep winning games and just make Ohio State proud."

Then again, despite Ohio State's advantage on both ends of the field, Buckeyes captain Jack Mewhort is aware that there's no room to be lax against any team, even more against their fiercest rival.

"That makes no difference because of the tradition and history that go into this rivalry," Mewhort said. "It's always a tough, smash-mouth game. We're prepared to get their best shot, and they're going to get ours, too. The records aren't really a big deal this week."

Michigan Wolverines vs. Ohio State Buckeyes game will start at 12:00 midnight Australian time) or 12:00 noon Eastern Time in the United States. The game can be watched on ABC or online through a number of streaming sites or tuned in on radio stations.
