Newly divorced Oliva Wilde defends Kim Kardashian regarding issues about her 72 days marriage to Kris Humphries. The sexy actress who stars in the new movie "In Time" went through a divorce that similarly made headlines this year.

Olivia and her ex-husband Italian Prince Tao Ruspoli ended their eight year marriage when they separated last February this year. Although considerably longer in relationship compared to Kim's barely three months of marriage, the actress seem to empathize with the reality star.

"I empathize. It's not easy," Olivia on her interview with the New York Post regarding Kim Kardashian's much speculated divorce.

"She feels everyone hates her," close friends of Kim told US Weekly that the reality star feels that "the world has turned" against her. But apparently Wilde thinks otherwise.

"[Divorce] is the hardest thing in the world," Wilde said who at the age of 19 eloped with Ruspoli. Same with Kim who married producer Damon Thomas when she was only 19 years old.

"People judge you because divorce is seen as failure. [Kim] took a risk. No one should be attacking her," Wilde said in defense to Kardashian. "Our attention should be focused on things that are truly scandalous."
