Even Facebook "thinks" he is "dangerously handsome!" Omar Borkan Al Gala has faced yet another deportation and removal from a community that he has called “home” after he was thrown out of his own for his “unlawful good looks.” The man “too handsome” for Saudi Officials (and his effects on women) has been removed from Facebook, particularly his community page that represents how he is loved by women all over the world.

The beautiful man has gained followers close to 790,000 when his Facebook community page, “Omar Borkan Al Gala” had “mysteriously disappeared.” A visit to his original page with url, https://www.facebook.com/OmarBorkanAlGala?fref=ts revealed a notification that says, “Sorry this page isn’t available,” with additional advice from Facebook that “the link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed.”

The self-described poet, model and actor noticed his missing page, around 11pm PST, May 7, 2013 and he noted in another FB page with URL https://www.facebook.com/flavioo.ben.376?ref=ts&fref=ts that he did not delete the page, himself.

Before missing his “new-found home” after the infamous deportation from the annual Janadriyah Festival, Omar has followers with figures that ballooned from more than half million last week, May 1 to about 790,000 followers on May 7, 2013. The staggering number began from a mere 85,000 followers at about the time the religious officials from Saudi were escorting him out of the festival and sending the Dubai native to United Arab Emirates.

An order from Saudi’s Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vices was released fearing his impact on women. The order came when a popular, local female artist insisted on coming to the festival to see Omar Borkan Al Gala. Islamic religious norms prevent women from interacting with men not related to them.

'A festival official said the three Emiratis were taken out on the grounds they are too handsome and that the Commission [for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vices] members feared female visitors could fall for them,' an Arabic newspaper, Elaph was quoted as saying in a separate report by IBTimes-AU.

Omar said in his separate page that he had already contacted Facebook but no actions have been taken as of yet.

No religious norms and practices could stop women all over the world from loving and interacting with Omar and they come in big numbers, from all walks of life. And it looks like the Islamic officials have found an ally in Facebook.
