Once Upon a Time Season 2 will take a break after Sunday's episode, which means big scenes are expected to unfold in the fall finale of the series. Can Snow White (Ginnifer Goodwin) and Emma (Jennifer Morrison) beat Cora (Barbara Hershey)?

Once Upon a Time Season 2: What Rumpel and Evil Queen Actors think of Cora

When it comes to magic, Cora has shown time and again she is a force to reckon with. Rumpel argues he had won against her, but the Evil Queen disagrees. What they agreed on is that if she gets to Storybrooke, they will both have a formidable nemesis.

Speaking to Shannon Vestal of Buzz Sugar, Robert Carlyle (Mr Gold/Rumpelstiltskin) says viewers should anticipate worse things from the Evil Queen's mother.

"I think she's just bad news. She's bad news to have around; she's nasty. I think that Rumpel is about himself, but I don't think he's necessarily world-domination-nasty and I think that Cora probably is," he said.

Just how awfully bad is Cora? Lana Parrilla (Regina/Evil Queen) says her character is "terrified" of Cora.

"We only know some of what Cora has done to her. We have to think that Regina has banished her mother and sent her to another land, pushed her through a mirror, and just got rid of her, and tried to kill her."

Prince Charming is a Hero, Why Did Morrison and Goodwin Cry?

Meanwhile, someone should risk his life to make sure Cora will be unable to get to Storybrooke. Mr Gold and the Evil Queen teamed up with Prince Charming for this purpose.

Charming volunteers for the same sleep spell that the Evil Queen had cast to Snow White. (Remember how he saved her with true love's kiss?) But then nobody can kiss in the netherworld. Both he and Snow White were not expecting that. So he winds up trapped in the netherworld, and nobody knows how long he'll suffer through the horrible ordeal.

In an interview with Matt Webb Mitovich for TV Line, Jennifer Morrison and Ginnifer Goodwin shared their feelings about the scene.

"I cried when I read that part," Goodwin said.

"I cried when I read that scene, too," Morrison echoed.

Goodwin told TV Line she is happy with the way her character and Emma are rediscovering each other after the curse was broken.

"My wish at the end of last season, once I understood that the curse was going to be broken, was to focus on the relationship between Snow White and Emma, so I got my wish as we were thrust into a world where all our characters could do is readjust to the new dynamic and learn about each other while facing external obstacles and not have to be some kind of self-indulgent family time," Goodwin said.
