"Once Upon A Time" Season 3, Episode 13 ("Witch Hunt") aired Sunday, Mar. 16 on ABC. The Wicked Witch (Rebecca Mader) appears to be in control. Emma Swan (Jennifer Morrison) and the Evil Queen (Lana Parrilla) are more than two steps behind the new enemy. There are so many questions and only a few answers. Where is Neal aka Baelfire (Michael Raymond-James)? Emma Swan wants to know. Though hurting, Captain Hook (Colin O'Donaghue) assures Emma that Rumple's son would turn up. Once Upon A Time Season 3, Episode 13 brings back a number of familiar faces. But there has been no news on Baelfire's whereabouts. Has he become one of Zelena's flying monkeys?

The good news, however, is that Bae's father is alive. And he's madder than ever! Zelena the Wicked Witch has some grand plans. Rumple has to be alive or it's not as fun. So she brings him "back" in OUAT 3x13. "You feed the madness, and it feeds on you," chants the seemingly darker Rumplestiltskin. He is back, indeed!

In Once Upon A Time Season 3, Episode 12, the Wicked Witch gave instructions for one of the flying monkeys to draw blood from Regina. Viewers thought Regina's own blood will be used against her. Then it turns out "blood" has another layer of reference in OUAT 3.

Zelena says she and Regina are half-sisters. Fans are quick to speculate that the green witch is the Dark One's daughter with Cora, the Queen of Hearts. If that is true, why did Zelena need Regina's blood?

Where are Princess Aurora (Sarah Bolger) and Prince Phillip (Julian Morris)? They knew Snow White (Ginnifer Goodwin) is in trouble the moment she came back to the Enchanted Forest. But something is going on between the show's other pregnant couple.

More questions: Did the wicked witch cast a spell on Show White's daughter? ("Wow, helping Snow White with her baby," Zelena says as she presses her palm against Snow's pregnant tummy.) Will Red Riding Hood (Meghan Ory) be more visible for the rest of Once Upon A Time Season 3? Will Belle (Emilie de Ravin) ever find The Dark One's dagger?

When will Henry (Jared S. Gilmore) recover his memory and be more concerned on the people of Storybrooke again? In addition, seeing the evil queen long for her son's embrace is much too painful to watch for many OUAT viewers.

Next week, the chapter expands slowly with the introduction of Rapunzel, who will be portrayed by Alexandra Metz ("The Originals"). OUAT 3x14 is aptly called, "The Tower."
