[Spoiler alert]
Behind the scenes pictures posted on YVRShoots shows Amy Manson return as Merida on the show. The actress can be seen carrying her bow and arrow, which her character is famous for. The scenes were filmed at Fort Langley Community Hall, which stands in for the Storybrooke Town Hall in the show.
Some of the other cast members who were a part of the scene filmed were Josh Dallas (Charming), Jennifer Morrison (Emma Swan), Lana Parrilla (Regina) and Sean Maguire (Robin Hood). The heroes appear to have escaped from the Underworld, where they will help some of the souls who have unfinished business.
The heroes will meet a few familiar people from their past in the next part of “Once Upon a Time” Season 5. Their main mission, however, is to try and bring back Hook (Colin O’Donoghue). The new antagonist that they will face this time around in the Underworld is Hades (Greg Germann), who will try and deter the heroes from their goal.
The next part of the season will also introduce new characters. According to a report by Spoiler TV, the producers are looking to cast two characters named Jacob and Nathaniel.
Jacob has been described as “an imposing, physical man” who is “brutish and morally corrupt.” Jacob is interested in power and will do anything to get it, even if it means destroying his family. Nathaniel has been described as a “slight and weak” lady who only wants to be free of her brother’s “wretchedness.”
The two characters will not only appear in “Once Upon a Time” Season 5, but will also be seen in Season 6. The current season may be setting up the plot for the next season towards the end.
