One Direction Niall Horan Reads 'Fifty Shades of Grey'
The "Fifty Shades of Grey" trilogy has reached a level of madness. With over a hundred billion books sold worldwide, the story about Christian Grey & Anastasia Steele continue to be a talk of the town. One celebrity who has recently jumped in on the "Fifty Shades" bandwagon is One Directions' Niall Horan.
E.L. James' highly acclaimed novels have taken the world by storm. Though originally written as a fan fiction based on the couple from "Twilight", "Fifty Shades" has taken a whole new turn and promises an even better romance than Bella & Edward could ever portray. "Fifty Shades" takes on a darker twist on romance with BDSM-filled scenes plus a Red Room of Pain.
Due to the books' popularity, Universal Studios is currently working on the film adaptation for the novels. This news has caused almost everyone in Hollywood to line up for the lead roles of Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey. While some are busy creating polls with their potential protégés, some have just started reading the novels of which include One Directions' Niall Horan.
Niall Horan comes from the British boy band, One Direction, along with Zayn Malik, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne. Like "Fifty Shades", these boys create hype like the former boy band, Backstreet Boys, did. With mall tours and worldwide concerts, what do these boys do with their spare time? For Niall Horan, apart from Skype sessions with his celebrity crush, Demi Lovato, it would be reading E.L. James' novel, "Fifty Shades of Grey".
However, before any of Niall's fans go on a rampage, Niall has only read one page of the book and has never gone farther than that. How did this cutie even manage to get his hands on the book? Well, blame a fan.
"A girl gave it to me the other day! I read the first page and put it down," says Niall, adding, "But it was good."
Too bad Niall didn't plan on reading the book though. It could have gotten Niall and his boy band mates something to laugh about, especially Harry who everyone knows has got a subtle Christian Grey side to him.
