One Direction could not be Billboard’s “most powerful artists” for nothing as the boy band announces its seven-hour live stream specials called “1D Day.” To celebrate the group’s success for its three years in business, the English-Irish band decided to thank their millions of devoted fans on a special scheduled on Nov. 23.

The group released a video to announce the big show two months from now. They also took to their Twitter page and told their millions of followers of the upcoming event.

Here are the top things to know about the group’s specials, “1D Day.”

1. The one-day event is happening on Nov. 23
Mark your calendar as sure did millions of Directioners on the upcoming event. This means you have almost seven weeks to prepare for band’s big event.

2. “1D Day” is the group’s way to say “thank you.”
In the video released by the heartthrob singers, who rose to fame after landing third on “The X-Factor UK,” the boy band said that the one day event is its group’s way to “give back” to its millions od Directioners.

Harry Styles said: ’A few months ago we decided that we wanted to give back something to all the fans that have supported us.’

The One Direction propelled to international superstardom after impressing the X-Factor UK judges and the whole world and they even became more popular as they hit the U.S. market in 2012. They are the only UK band to top the Billboard chart twice in two consecutive years. And their followers know no direction but theirs.

3. The “1D Day” event celebrates One Direction’s 3 years in the music scene.
After the success of their first two albums and creating a number of hit songs since they came out Top 3 on “The X-Factor UK” in 2010, there was no way for One Direction but up, even beating out equally popular and teen sensation, Justin Bieber and controversial singer, Miley Cyrus. The group’s approximate net worth combine is said to be more than 60 million pounds.

Liam Payne added: ‘We’ve had such an amazing three years and we couldn’t have done it without you guys so we put our heads together and came up with the idea of 1D day!’

4. “1D Day” also features other celebrities
One Direction will not be alone to make you happy on Nov. 23. Joining the five-member group are other celebrities to perform on the seven-hour live stream specials. No details have been given as of yet as to the names of the celebrities to join them on stage. But they sure offer power house cast on the big day.

5. Directioners have a chance to be involved on “1D Day.”
The group indeed knows how to put a smile on everyone’s face. The big event in November 2013 is also open for the band’s devoted fans. They can participate in the preparation on “1D Day” by suggesting ideas and concepts on how the show should run and who among their top favorite celebrities should join them on stage.

"On the 23rd of November, we will be taking part in a seven hour livestream," Niall continued in the video. "But this is no ordinary livestream and there will be celebrity guests, special features AND you will get the chance to suggest ideas for the show."

One Direction is known for their hit songs including “Kiss You” and “Forever Young” which was leaked online before they were even announced on Top Final 3 on “The X-Factor UK.”
