Harry Styles of One Direction has once again reignited rumours of a solo career. The British singer and songwriter have allegedly been writing songs with John Legend. Plus, adding fuel to the fire, Harry has purchased a $4.3 million dollar home in Los Angeles, California. Is he leaving One Direction for good?

The curly-haired cutie may be the member of the iconic boy band, One Direction but he certainly isn't putting a limit to his career. Reports have it that Harry has teamed up with singer, John Legend with a side project that could turn out to be something more. Is he perhaps working on an album that could launch his solo career?

According to a report by Hollywood Life, Harry ran into John Legend during an event that led to both singers working on a new song.

"We got together for a few hours and wrote what I think is a really lovely song," says John to The Sun.

"I'd love to write with him again as he is a very great guy and very talented. He has some really great lyrical ideas and is a very good songwriter," continued the singer.

Thanks to what John has said, it has fuelled a number of rumours about Harry Styles going solo. In fact, the rumours ripened when the curly-haired cutie officially bought a four million dollar home in Los Angeles, California.

"He likes being in L.A. because it's easier for him to go out and go unnoticed than it is for him in London," explained a source in a report by E! Online.

Harry Styles is certainly taking his privacy to a whole new level. In addition to being "private," the home is also close to some of his best pals in the Hollywood scene such as Kimberly Stewart, Presley and Kaia Gerber and Zach Braff. Niall Horan is also close by with his one million dollar pad located in Calabasas, California.

With the solo song writing on the side and the house in LA, will Harry Styles seriously leave One Direction? "Directioners" should only hope and pray he doesn't.
