One Direction's 'Kiss You' Hits Top Spot in Just Minutes [VIDEO]
Harry Styles may be the talk of the town all thanks to his recent split with country crooner, Taylor Swift but there are other One Direction-related news that are more worthy of the talk. The popular British boy band has finally released the highly-anticipated music video for "Kiss You." Feast those eyes on these five hilarious yet adorable looking boys.
The official music video for "Kiss You" has everything "Directioners" have ever dreamed of. It includes a lot of handsy and shirtless moments between the boys, especially between Zayn Malik and Harry Styles. The video, released January 7, has no story line and sense whatsoever which makes it even more hilarious and enjoyable to watch.
"Kiss You" was directed by Vaughan Arnell, the same guy who had directed the boys' video for "Little Things" and "Live While We're Young." The three-minute video shows Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Harry Styles, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson getting tangled up in wacky escapades and side-splitting shenanigans. For the sake of their female fans, the boys even come to the point of doing the iconic Elvis-gyrating hip move worthy of the squeal.
Before the video had even premiered, the boys had said fans should expect nothing but "pure stupidity" from "Kiss You."
"Yes, loads of fun. Stupid dancing, loads of different locations and lots of fun," said Liam Payne.
There certainly is a lot of that in the video. Minutes after the videos' release, "KissYouOnVEVO immediately became a worldwide trending topic on the social networking site, Twitter. Having won the award for "Most Shared Worthy Video" at the last MTV Video Music Awards for the music video "What Makes You Beautiful", it won't be a surprise if "Kiss You" manages to nab the win once again this year.
