Chinese netizens are aghast after the government of Shenzhen, China issued a decree, saying it will charge men who use their public toilets but can't aim their shoot well inside the urinal.

The decree, which will fine public toilet users 100 yuan ($16), will take effect on September.

But the thing is, officials did not specify just how much spilled urine exactly pass for a description of "uncouth use of a public toilet."

As expected, Chinese netizens immediately took to Sina Weibo to lash out over the incredible regulation.

"Who will supervise such behavior? It will be illegal to install cameras of men urinating in toilets," user Liuyanguangguang said.

"This will be a disaster in terms of sending people to supervise or monitor such behavior to get enough evidence proving that someone has urinated outside of the toilet bowl," user asd135asd stressed.

"A number of new civil servant positions will be created. There will be a supervisor behind every urinating person to see whether the pee is straight," wrote one user.

"Very good measures. I expect they can create 20 jobs on average for every public toilet," another said.

People abreast with the Western rituals will find the new regulation absurd, but according to Fox 29, some public toilets in China have workers whose work is to stand in the bathroom all day and clean off the missed urination of the others with a mop and bucket.
