Oprah Winfrey is still the most powerful woman in the world as she claimed the top spot at the recently released annual Forbes Celebrity Power List, where 6 out of the top 10 are women.

Oprah took the crown from 2009's winner Angelina Jolie, who is now at number 18. The Queen of all Media is well-positioned on her throne with her $315 million earnings for the past 12 months.

At number 2 is Beyonce, whose album sales, fashion line and fragrance deal earned her $87 million, while newcomer Lady Gaga made her debut on the fourth spot with $62 million.

Sandra Bullock made it to number 8. Rankings are based on earnings in the past 12 months, as well as visibility across print, television, radio, online.

Tiger Woods' scandal didn't hurt him completely as he sits comfortably at number 5.
