Oprah Winfrey won't be too happy about this development but her interview with Mel Gibson's former girlfriend would be put off because of a gag order from the judge hearing the case.

Oksana Grigorieva's and Mel Gibson's lawyers were told by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon that their case is under seal with a gag order in full effect.

"Neither party in the case should be speaking," a source told E! News.

"The lawyers had to put a stop to [Oprah Winfrey] because it is a violation of the judge's seal."

"But the People magazine interview already took place, so they couldn't stop that."

It was previously reported that the Russian singer Oksana will finally have an interview with Oprah Winfrey about her rocky relationship with Gibson. The couple's break up was widely pursued by the entertainment media following Oksana's allegations of domestic violence against Mel Gibson.
