Spoiler Alert: This feature contains major spoilers on "The Originals" Season 2, episode 4 titled "Live and Let Die."
Josh (Steven Krueger), Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) and the rest of the vampires are quietly hanging out when a group of werewolves, led by Aiden (Colin Woodell), suddenly showed up to warn them that their privileges to stay have been revoked permanently so they have to leave.
Cami (Leah Pipes) is on therapy session with Vincent/Finn (Yusuf Gatewood). Finn wants Cami to open up about her life and the two ended up discussing the men that she got attracted to which are Marcel and Klaus.
After months of hiding, Klaus finally shows himself to Cami to find out Davina's whereabouts. Cami just placed a phone call to the young witch to check on her and Klaus was able to determine Davina's location by just listening.
Klaus also wants Cami to reason out with Davina not to let Mikael loose because his second option is not really something Cami likes very much. Another person wants Davina to be found is Esther because she is really after the White Oak Stake and she asks Kol/Kaleb (Daniel Sharman) to find the girl.
At the cabin, Davina asks Mikael to teach her how to be strong. The vampires also wants to learn how to fight off the super-powered werewolves and Elijah arrives to offer the same first lesson that Mikael shared with Davina which is "Always be on your guard."
Finn meets up with Oliver (Chase Coleman) and Aiden to give them the task of leading a group of young recruits who will activate their werewolf curse by killing someone so they can join the army that Esther is building. However, Aiden and Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) interrupt Elijah and Gia's (Nishi Munshi) training to ask for help in saving the young recruits because one of them is Aiden's younger brother.
Cami stalls Klaus from reaching Davina's place by trying a therapy session on him. Klaus only reveals that Mikael needs to die first because he has the White Oak Stake and he has a weapon as a precaution. "Oh goody, Papa Tunde's mystical knife of ludicrous torment," Cami stated.
During her training with Mikael, Davina ends up getting injured so she calls Kaleb/Kol for help. Davina fell asleep and Kol used it as an opportunity to snoop around. Kol find the White Oak Stake but Mikael arrived to stop the boy from taking the weapon, not knowing that it is his son Kol.
Kol makes a deal with Mikael. Kol reveals he is a witch and he can deactivate the spell on Davina's bracelet that controls the Original vampire hunter. In return, Kol tells Mikael that he is not going to harm him after the spell sets the Original vampire hunter free.
The rescue mission on the young werewolves was almost successful with Marcel and Hayley driving the kids in an ambulance to a much safer place and Elijah fighting off the werewolves who fell for their decoy with Oliver. Unfortunately, Finn arrives to tell his brother that he is just getting started.
When Elijah had the upper hand and was ready to break Finn's neck, Esther arrives and stabs Elijah on the chest with her magic before taking the Original vampire away. Back at the cabin, Davina wakes up to find out from Cami's text message that Klaus already knows her hiding place.
Davina and Kaleb/Kol recite a cloaking spell over the cabin but Klaus found a way to break it by throwing Mikael's staff across the window. Davina gets knocked out and Kol breaks the spell on Davina's bracelet setting Mikael free.
Klaus and Mikael finally faced each other off but the Original hybrid appears to be stronger now after finding out that Esther (Alice Evans) made him weak as a child. Mikael had the tip of the White Oak Stake on Klaus' chest but the Original hybrid was able to stab Mikael with Papa Tunde's (Owiso Odera) knife to weaken him.
Cami arrives to see that Mikael is still alive but warns Klaus that he should not harm the young witch under any circumstances. Mikael awakes in the trunk of Klaus' car where he removes the knife that his son placed inside of him.
Marcel and Hayley celebrate the success of their rescue mission on the young recruits but Gia feels something is off. The newbie vampire is upset that they left Elijah alone but Hayley assures Gia that Elijah can take care of himself.
The next scene showed Elijah is in trouble and he needs help. The Original vampire awakes chained up with his mother telling him once again that she only wants to be a whole family again. However, Esther, who is now in Lenore's body, tells Elijah that in order for her ultimate plan to happen, the Original vampire "must be purified."
"The Originals" Season 2 will return with episode 5 titled "Red Door" on Monday night, Nov. 3, at 8 p.m. ET on the CW Network.
