Australian actress Phoebe Tonkin continues to tease the fans on the new form of her character, Hayley, in "The Originals" Season 2. The star of the CW spinoff series expressed her excitement in becoming a vampire and teased that Hayley and Klaus (Joseph Morgan) could have some moments together as the hybrids in New Orleans.

"I'm so excited, they've already fitted me for fangs. I've always wanted to play a vampire, so I couldn't be more thrilled," Phoebe Tonkin admitted in the TV Line report. In "The Originals" finale episode, the witches killed Hayley after giving birth but the werewolf girl came back to life because of the baby's blood in her system.

The Aussie actress has revealed in a previous report that "The Originals" Season 2 will make Hayley a character to watch out for after she got separated from her newborn daughter. Phoebe Tonkin teased that fans will see Hayley in a dark place, lost and very broken but the Carter Matt report claims the Mikaelson siblings will be there to help the new hybrid girl.

When asked about who will be her vampire mentor in Season 2, Phoebe Tonkin did not answer if it will be Klaus or Elijah (Daniel Gillies) but the actress teased the possibility of the Hayley-Klaus moment happening.

"It'll be interesting to see who she strikes up relationships with during this journey. Maybe she and Klaus could form an unexpected friendship," the 24-year-old actress stated. As for the "Haylijah" pairing, the promo poster released in the Spoiler TV report that Elijah will still have an important role in the next chapter of Hayley's life as a new hybrid and a mother yearning for her daughter.

"The Originals" Season 2 is expected to be a family affair, with Hayley as the latest addition, now that Davina (Danielle Campbell) has brought Mikael (Sebastian Roché) back to life and Original witch Esther (Alice Evans) returned from the dead in Cassie's body (Natalie Dreyfuss) after Hayley killed Genevieve (Elyse Levesque).

"The Originals" Season 2 will be airing on a new timeslot when it returns and the schedule is now set on Monday nights at 8 pm at the CW Network.
