"The Originals" Season 2 will continue with alliances and arguments in the second episode titled "Alive and Kicking." The promo clips released for the upcoming new episode teased about Elijah (Daniel Gillies) making an offer to Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) and the Mikaelson siblings having an argument over Hayley's (Phoebe Tonkin) new status.

The first promo clip showed Original vampire Elijah approaching Marcel while he is on a gathering with his new vampire community. "Didn't expect to see you on this side of the river," Marcel stated.

Elijah responded that he did not expect Marcel assemble a new vampire community so both of them must be full of surprises. Then, Marcel explained that his community was initially fine until Klaus (Joseph Morgan) decided to create moonlight rings for the werewolves.

Marcel also told Elijah about Harvest girl Cassie's (Natalie Dreyfuss) plan with the moonlight rings and werewolves without knowing that Esther Mikaelson (Alice Evans) is the one who is actually inside the teenage witch.

When Marcel suggested that Elijah, the last true vampire left, could join his new community, the Original vampire responded that he came to the other side to make an offer and it looks like something that Marcel cannot say no to. Have a look the promo clip below.

The second promo clip showed the Mikaelson siblings having a different perspective when it comes to Hayley and her new hybrid status. "Hayley is one of us now," the Original hybrid explained in the beginning of the clip.

When Klaus stated that Hayley is also aware that she can no longer live up to the pretty picture that Elijah has of her in his mind, Elijah stressed that he is only trying to help her. "And I asked you to help her, brother," Elijah declared.

Klaus assured Elijah that he is helping Hayley but he must come to terms that Hayley is already embracing her new status after seeing her smile from ear to ear while covered in witch's blood. "Less criticism from you and Hayley will be just fine," Klaus stated but Elijah argued that Hayley deserves much better than just fine. Watch the promo clip below.

According to a Hypable report, the other exciting scenes in the next episode of "The Originals" Season 2 will show a reunion with Mikael (Sebastian Roché) and Esther's plan with her sons Finn (Yusuf Gatewood) and Kol (Daniel Sharman). "The Originals" Season 2 airs Monday nights at 8 p.m. ET on the CW Network.
