Death appears to be inevitable in the CW spinoff series "The Originals" and it also looks like fans will say goodbye to another character. The released synopsis for the upcoming "The Originals" Episode 19 titled "An Unblinking Death" revealed that Father Kieran's (Todd Stashwick) life is in danger from the witch hex and Elijah (Daniel Gillies) becomes a witness to a horrific explosion at the bayou targeting the werewolf faction.

Resurrected witch Bastianna (Shannon Eubanks) placed a hex on Father Kieran, the former leader of the human faction, comparable to the curse that Agnes (Karen Kaia Livers) placed on Father Kieran's nephew, Sean. The episode synopsis in the Wet Paint report teased that the priest's life is in danger making his niece Cami (Leah Pipes), Sean's sister, desperate in finding a way to save him.

In the Examiner report, the werewolf faction in "The Originals" will be in danger as well and Original vampire Elijah (Daniel Gillies) becomes a witness to the horrific explosion that hurt and killed some of the supernatural creatures. The synopsis further teased that the tragedy will make Elijah and Jackson (Nathan Parsons) work together in helping out the wounded werewolves.

The released episode synopsis reads: "Desperate to help Kieran, Cami insists on an unconventional treatment, but her good intentions lead Kieran to a violent episode. After Klaus (Joseph Morgan) and Elijah disagree over the best way to handle the Crescent Wolves, Elijah makes a trip to the bayou, where he is witness to a horrific explosion that only adds to the hatred and mistrust among the communities. While Jackson and Elijah work to save the wounded, Hayley learns a surprising piece of her family history from Marcel (Charles Michael Davis)."

Additionally, the CW Network has released on Wednesday, April 9, the promotional photos from "The Originals" Episode 19 "An Unblinking Death" to tease what fans can expect in the brand new episode. The image stills showed the outcome of the explosion at the bayou, characters Josh (Steven Krueger) with Cami, Original hybrid Klaus and his brother Elijah. Click HERE to see photos.

"The Originals" airs Tuesday nights at 8 pm ET on the CW Network. Episode 19 titled "An Unblinking Death" is scheduled to air on April 22, 2014.
