'Orphan Black' season 4 spoilers: Ari Millen talks about Castor Clones; hints at more Tatiany Maslany incarnations

In Season 3 of “Orphan Black,” a whole lot of characters were introduced with the Castor Clones (Ari Millen). The actor shared some details about the upcoming Season 4.

According to Millen, Seth’s death was the most difficult to film physically, because Millen thought that it would be great to die with his eyes open. However, he realized that there were several scenes requiring him to lie still, pretending to be dead, and not blinking. Rudy’s death was the most difficult emotionally, because the actor got to know the character much as the season continued. Rudy was the other character, aside from Mark, that Millen got to understand better, so it was sad to bid farewell, based on a report by BuddyTV.

The Castor Clones were raised at the same time and also self-aware, so they are actually more similar, compared to the Leda Clones (Tatiana Maslany). Millen did not have much freedom in exploring the various aspects of the clones, compared to the latter, which featured more radical changes. Maslany’s clones also did not know did not know that there were more sisters located in other places, which explained the differences among the characters, based on the same BuddyTV report.

Rudy was reportedly the most fun clone to play, particularly with the Xs over his eyes. He believes that there are a lot to tell about the character. Fans expect more Castor Clones to arrive soon, but Millen was told not to get his hopes up, since it was a clone show and there are supposed to be surprises and twists every now and then.

Although Mark and Gracie remained positive about the fact that they have a few months left together, Mark knows that he is going to die soon. He intends to spend the rest of his days with Gracie and make the most out of life.

Millen also shared that he would like to work with Kristian Bruun, Jordan Gavaris, Maria Doyle Kennedy and more Tatiana Maslany incarnations.

DesignNTrend writes that in the previous season, Millen and Felix (Gavaris) had a creepy scene together. Felix and Sarah (Maslany) attempted to hide the dead body of Millen’s character.

“Orphan Black” Season 4 is set to air in spring 2016 on BBC America.
