Meryl Streep, once again, has reigned in the 84^th Academy Awards for the third time! She has won the Best Actress category for her portrayal in the movie 'The Iron Lady.'

When one would look back at her outstanding career run, there would be 17 Oscar nominations that you will find in her resume and she has surely have had innumerable standing ovations in her lifetime.

For her recent Oscar win, everyone stood once again to cheer and proclaimed with all honesty that probably half of the entire country are shouting and questioning why she has to grab the acting prize again. But this just made her all the more attractive in her gold dress for the night as she tried all the way to fight back her tears and decided this time around to thank first her hubby above all.

She said that when you thank your loved ones at the end part, usually their names get played out by the loud background music. She also gave honour to her makeup artist who has worked closely with her for 37 years, Roy Helland, who also won the Oscar for Best Makeup during the earlier part of the event. It was trivial that she revealed they first worked together for 'Sophie's Choice' from which Streep also won her second Oscar Best Actress award.
