The 86th Annual Academy Awards were the most surprising awards till date. While Leonardo DiCaprio lost again to Matthew McConaughey for the Best Actor in a leading role, Jennifer Lawrence lost to "12 Years a Slave" actress Lupita Nyong'o for the Best Actress in a Supporting role Oscar. Cate Blanchett takes home the Best Actress Award for "Blue Jasmine" while "12 Years a Slave" won the Best Picture Award.
