On Thursday morning, Jan. 15, the much-anticipated Academy Awards nominations will be announced. Oscar 2015 nomination is likely to see "Boyhood" and "Birdman" scoring multiple nominations, including earning nomination for the coveted Best Picture award. Recently at the Golden Globes, "Boyhood" walked away with the best motion picture drama award, beating "Foxcatcher," "The Imitation Game," "Selma" and "The Theory of Everything." Michael Keaton took home the Best Actor in a Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy award for "Birdman." Keaton is the favourite to get the best actor Oscar nomination.

"Birdman," "Boyhood," 'The Imitation Game," "Whiplash," "The Grand Budapest Hotel," "The Theory of Everything," "Selma," "American Sniper," "Nightcrawler" and "Foxcatcher" are the top ten films that are expected to be on the 87th Oscar Nomination list, according to Scott Feinberg, The Hollywood Reporter's awards analyst.

Oscar 2015 Nomination Announcement: When And Where To Watch [Live Streaming]:

According to the official statement, the nominees will be announced in all the 24 Oscar categories on Jan. 15. The nomination announcement will be a two-part live news conference, which will be held at the Academy's Samuel Goldwyn Theater, Beverly Hills.

At 5:30 a.m. (PT) and 8:30 a.m. (ET): Alfonso Cuarón and J.J. Abrams are set to announce the Oscar 2015 nominees in these categories: Animated Feature Film, Documentary Feature, Documentary Short Subject, Film Editing, Original Song, Production Design, Animated Short Film, Live Action Short Film, Sound Editing.

And at 5:38 a.m. (PT): Pine and Boone Isaacs will announce the nominations for Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Supporting Actor, Best Supporting Actress, Cinematography, Costume Design, Directing, Foreign Language Film, Makeup and Hairstyling, Original Score, Adapted Screenplay, Original Screenplay and the much coveted Best Picture.
